Week three started on Wednesday evening at Western Cider, our local cider "brewery." I met Kate there and got to assist with Drink and Draw, an event where the ZACC provides free art supplies and anyone and everyone is invited to draw a (live) local celebrity or still life. Western then donates part of their profits from the night to the ZACC! I set up the still life; a cider barrel with a stack of Western's apples atop and we got to drawing!
For two hours we drew, drank, chatted, watched a gorgeous sunset, and listened to an amazing live local bluegrass band. Some youths of Missoula romped around the yard, danced, and laughed as they stole a couple apples from the still life.

It was the perfect mid-week evening! Friday came and I got back into making donor plaques for the ZACC, it was a great week of art making and playing!
